Start with the work, not the model
We help teams identify where AI or automation can address a real operational need, then shape an implementation around the available systems and the people who use it. Sometimes the right answer is an integration into an existing product; sometimes a small, purpose-built model or an automated workflow is more appropriate.
AI that fits the product
We have successfully implemented AI into projects where it was needed, including work on a mini AI model for hospital requirements. That work spans operational workflows such as patient travel scheduling and surgery scheduling. The aim is to support the process and help teams manage complex information—not to make clinical decisions on a patient’s behalf.
Integrate carefully
An AI feature needs a useful interface, clear inputs and outputs, and a dependable connection to the rest of the product. We work across Python and Rust tools as well as web applications and portals, so an AI capability can fit the environment around it rather than sit apart from the service.
